Good Communication
The TFR crew recently a repaired and waterproofed our foundation in River Heights, complete with 14 new new piles and weeping tiles. Communication was very good with both Jeff and Gord, I had lots of questions and they answered all of them. Having Gord onsite the majority of the time throughout the process was important to me, he clearly takes pride in doing the job right and I feel very confident that my foundation will be solid well into the future. I also want to give a shout out to all his workers...its not an easy job, especially in wet and cool working conditions. I found them respectful of the 2 people living in the house in a process that likely took 6 weeks with weather and permit delays. They cleaned up the yard site after completing the job. I feel confident that if I had to call them to return to my property for any reason, they would be there. I would recommend TFR to anyone that has an issue with their foundation. Derek C

Working with Gord and TFR to solve our basement leak issue was an excellent experience. TFR was very professional, knowledgable and provided honest feed-back.
